We will determine this in collaboration with you and the Huddol Pro. Please use the Contact Support option at the top of the page, providing as many details as possible.
We cannot be held responsible for technical issues associated with member devices or member error. It is every member's responsibility to ensure their devices are in proper working order to benefit from the use of video sessions on Huddol.

Problems with a Huddol Pro:
Huddol Pros are independent providers who are not our employees, agents, or representatives. The Huddol Platform’s role is limited to enabling the Huddol Pro services. The service delivered through the video session is the responsibility of the Huddol Pro who provides them.
If you feel the session provided by the Huddol Pro did not fit your needs or expectations, you can change to a different Pro who provides services through the Platform. We also regularly seek feedback from our members about our Huddol Pros.
